Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zenvee, LLC's ("Zenvee," "we," "us") websites, mobile applications, and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services
Zenvee is a marketplace and software platform that connects customers with beauty services and provides shop-management tools. Services may involve participating shops, partner technicians, or Zenvee-operated offerings, including services performed by Zenvee on-demand technicians. Zenvee’s role and the responsibilities of the service provider depend on the offering and the applicable service agreement.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must verify your email and/or mobile number where required. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
SMS verification and account notifications
When you request phone verification during registration or sign-in, Zenvee sends a one-time code to verify that you control the number. You may separately choose to receive optional booking and account text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Optional SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. See the SMS Opt-In page for the current registration flow.
Monthly and annual software subscriptions
Zenvee software is licensed for use during your subscription; a subscription does not transfer ownership of the software. Where offered, you may choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly subscriptions are charged each month. Annual subscriptions are charged for the annual term. The price, billing frequency, included features and any trial terms are shown before you subscribe.
Unless you cancel before renewal, your subscription renews automatically for successive terms of the same billing frequency. By subscribing, you authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the selected subscription and its renewals. Prices and plan features may change with notice.
You can cancel renewal through the available billing settings or contact support@zenvee.net for help. For a subscription scheduled to cancel at the end of its billing period, cancellation stops the next renewal and the subscription remains in effect until that period ends, subject to these Terms. Cancellation does not refund the current paid term.
Software purchases and refunds
Software purchases and software subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. No prorated refund is provided for an unused part of a monthly or annual software subscription, except where required by applicable law. This software refund policy does not set the cancellation or refund terms for appointments or other services.
Payment hardware and support
Zenvee plans that include payment hardware provide one Stripe Reader S710 per store. Any eligibility conditions are described in the plan offer. Shops that need additional readers can purchase them directly from Stripe. Payment hardware is separate from the software license. Zenvee provides assistance with setup, pairing, connectivity and troubleshooting when you use supported hardware with Zenvee.
Hardware warranty coverage, repairs, replacements and return eligibility are governed by the terms applicable to the device and its purchase. For hardware purchased directly from Stripe, use Stripe’s support and warranty process. For hardware purchased through a platform or another seller, follow the process provided with that purchase. Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, follow that manufacturer’s claim instructions. Zenvee’s software no-refund policy does not replace applicable hardware purchase terms or limit rights required by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, or licensing.
- Do not interfere with, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
Technician and shop responsibilities
Technicians and shops are responsible for holding valid licenses and credentials, for the services they provide, and for compliance with applicable laws. Zenvee may require verification and may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
Intellectual property
The Services, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Zenvee or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. You can request account deletion from the app account settings or your Portal profile; see the Privacy Policy for how account information and associated records are handled. Account deletion does not itself cancel a paid subscription. Use the applicable subscription cancellation process to stop renewal. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zenvee, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
