Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zenvee, LLC ("Zenvee," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, mobile phone number, and account credentials.
- Profile and booking information — for customers, technicians, and shop owners (e.g., service details, addresses you choose to save, and appointment activity).
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and device information — log data, device identifiers, and approximate or precise device location when location permission is enabled, to operate and secure the Services.
SMS / text messaging
We use SMS text messages for phone verification and for the booking and account notifications you choose to receive. During registration or phone sign-in, you request a verification code to prove that you control your number. The current registration flow requires phone verification. After verification, the registration flow separately offers an unchecked, optional choice for booking and account text messages. Phone verification does not by itself opt you into marketing messages.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages and HELP for help. Opting out of verification messages may prevent you from completing sign-in or securing your account.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile opt-in and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account and verify your identity and phone number.
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and process bookings and payments.
- To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
How we share information
We share information needed to arrange and provide a service with the customers, shops and technicians involved in that service. We also share information with service providers who help us operate the Services — such as our payment processor (Stripe), our SMS/communications provider, and infrastructure and email providers — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us. We may also disclose information to comply with the law or protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Deleting an account disables sign-in, removes linked sign-ins and profile photos, and replaces or clears the name, email address and phone number on the account. Associated records, including communications and transaction records, can remain; account deletion does not confirm that every copy of personal information, including backups, has been erased. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices and rights
You can review and update your account information in the app or Portal, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. To delete your account, use Account settings in Zenvee Customer or Zenvee Technician, or choose Delete account on your Portal profile at portal.zenvee.net/profile. If you cannot sign in or need help with associated personal information, contact support@zenvee.net. Some records may be retained as needed for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution or outstanding transactions. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
